Exchange Policy

30-DAY Exchange POLICY:

Medal Paw Kennel Systems is dedicated to supporting your online product purchase with the best possible customer service. Our exchange policy is simple and worry-free.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be able to assist you. We accept returns on all products* for an exchange, less the original shipping charge (if applicable), within 30 days of the delivery date.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return and attach your original receipt in the form. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order. For any item that is returned without a Record of Purchase, no refund will be issued.

*All products may be returned for an exchange unless customer has damaged product on purpose.  We do not accept exchanges of used products.  All Clearance or Discounted sales are final and may not be returned for credit unless defective or damaged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund of purchase price and shipping for product that arrives to you damaged or defective.

If you feel your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service department within 10 days of delivery, just fill out our warranty form and we can get the damaged or defective product replaced if applicable: Warranty Support.

We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MT, Monday through Friday.
